Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted. To cancel an order, customers can contact our customer support team through email or phone.

Refund Policy: a. In case of a defective product or wrong item delivered, customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer must provide photographic evidence of the defective item, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund. b. In case of a non-defective item, customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer must return the item in its original packaging and condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund. c. If a customer cancels an order within 12 hours of placing it, a full refund will be issued. d. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. e. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy: We do not offer an exchange policy at this time. Customers can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

After 12 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted. b. Refunds for digital products will only be issued in case of a technical error or a defect in the product that cannot be resolved. c. Refunds for digital products will be processed within 5-7 business days.
